How to Create Power-Packed Ads, Brochures & Sales Letters that Make Money NOW!

Rises above the rest
Over the past year I have read, listened or watched some of the best teaching programs available. And I mean dozens ...! For a program that includes content, presentation and price all in one package this one can't be beat. This program is timeless, unless advertising and marketing takes a turn we can't see just yet. I don't think that will be happening for a while.

I am getting enthused about writing ads!
I am just begining my business and I bought Drew's book and tapes to help me write my advertisements. Drew's advise is shaping my company message. I make a hockey puck for ice hockey players to practice with when they are off the ice. My old message would have been about how great the pucks were. My advertising theme now is directed at helping hockey players improve their skills. My ads will include advise on shooting, passing and stickhandling. We will become the source for off ice practice and training information. We were already leaning towards this idea but Drew's information really confirmed the value of doing business this way. Drew's tapes have given me a lot of new ideas and I am looking forward to when I can actually start writing my ads.

How to Create Power-Packed Ads, Brochures & Sales Letters...
I have been in advertising for 15 years and I really wasn't expecting to hear something that I did not know. My specialty has been brand building vs. direct response. I am sitting here, head just spinning over the information that I have either never thought of or didn't remember from college. Who would have thought that someone who has advertised for a living for so long
would get so much information and I'm only on tape #3!

There is no fluff, no hype, just pure information and facts. I can't wait to hear the rest. I will be ordering Drew Eric Whitman's next book as soon as I'm done with this one!

Great Book!
I got this book for my b-day and I read it right away! This is a wonderful book about three teenagers who are swept back in history to the Civil War. Then they must learn to live like the people back then and each has there own part in the war. This book also teaches allot of facts about the Civil War that I never knew. I recommend it to anyone who loves to read and learn facts:)

Civil War fiction at its best
Ms. Blair tells an action-filled story filled with humor and suspense. I reccomend this book to any and all readers interested in Civil War reenactment or time-travel. The characters are believable and honest, the true indication of a worth-while read.

Superb!
This is a great book. I love it!!!!!!! The characters are really believable and funny. This author is much better than R. L. Stine.

Why Is It Called ¿The $50,000 Business Makeover Marathon¿?
After listening to this series and applying what I've learned I have a few reasons why master copywriter and business consultant Drew Eric Whitman selected the title.

Maybe it relates to the fact that I would have paid $50,000 to him and the 10 other experts that have literally super-charged my business and increased profits. And at that price, it would have been a steal.

Or maybe the $50,000 references what average business owners can add to their annual profits after listening. I know in my case, $50,000 would be a low estimate for the increase in business I expect over the course of the next year as a direct result of listening to this course.

Whatever the reasoning behind the title, in my opinion this is material that every person running or thinking of starting a business should own. It delivers essential business and marketing information (some of which I've never heard before but works almost like magic), and it spoon feeds it to you in such a way that you not only completely understand it, but you're excited and can't wait to start applying it to your business immediately.

I've had many nights where I've only grabbed a few eyefuls of sleep since owning this. But I want to thank Drew Eric for giving me the information and motivation to get in and do something that's responsible for literally putting more money in my pocket while making it fun.

Now you can learn jealously guarded business secrets
Who is this Drew Eric Whitman? And how can he help me?

Those were my thoughts as I read his captivating ad for The $50,000 Business Makeover Marathon. I was spell bound. And you will be too.

Being an adventureous sort, as all entrepeneurs are, I decided to take the plunge and purchase it. You know what? It was everything he said it would be, and more!

Drew, if you read this, thank you. We may never meet but you have changed my life and business.

After listening and putting into action many of the tips(lessons, really) I have seen an amazing change in my professional and personal affairs.

I own six other tape programs on sales and marketing and this one is unique. Get it now. While you're thinking about it.

Better hurry. Your competition may already have this.

Yours in Success,
...

Energetic, Interesting, Motivating, VALUABLE.
I confess to buying too many business tapes. I am also too often disappointed by the quality of the production as well the content.

THESE tapes, however, are fantastic. The speakers are all interesting to listen to - not boring. No fluff. Recorded in a studio, so you can ALWAYS hear the speakers. The topics will be valuable to any small to medium size busines owner or marketing executive who wants to expand and grow their business.

You may have heard SOME of this material before, but you haven't heard ALL of it -- and it's all in one powerful package.

IMHO, it's worth a listen -- again and again.

Bataan: Our Last Ditch: The Bataan Campaign, 1942
Published in Hardcover by Hippocrene Books (November, 1990)
Author: John W. Whitman
Average review score:

A Bataan veteran says "this is the way it was".
John Whitman brought to life Bataan as it really was. A thorough book which appeals to every Bataan survivor. Richard M. Gordon Major, US Army, Retired Adjutant, "Battling Bastards of Bataan".

The most definitive history of The Bataan Campaign ever!
This text provides a detailed account of the Bataan campaign. It appears to be the only such treatment of forgotten period of American military history. Other than the official accounts, this work appears to be the only exhaustive record todate of what was probably one of the most glorious accounts of the US. Army in action in any conflict. The author painstakingly accounts for all of the hardships, mistakes and heroics of the doomed Army of Bataan. This work has been long overdue and gives the reader great insight into the accomplishments, ingenuity, espirit and gallantry of The American and Phillipine soldiers stand in the face of impossible odds and abandoment in the early months of the Pacific War. Its hard not to read this and not be deeply touiched, it's equally hard not to read this work and ask the question why has The Bataan Campaign not received more favorable treatment by the American people, our historians and Hollywood? These soldiers deserve better!

Well Researched..Highly recommended..
One of the best books written about the Bataan Campaign. Whitman brings back to life the actual scenarios, heroes, and conditions during the Battle of Bataan. The book is focused mainly on the subject and Whitman was able to balance his work by citing information on the men and units that participated in one of the US Army's hard fought battles of the Second World War

"THIS BOOK IS ABSOLUTELY RIVETING!"
This Book is absolutely riviting! "How To Make Big Money Grooming Small Dogs!" lies next to my bed at night, and before I doze off I read another interesting chapter. I have really learned a lot about styling Poodle faces, and my friends have commented on how lovely my dogs look. I have followed the proceedures and details step by step. I'm not ready for a dog show yet, but my doggies are the best on the block.

Thanks to the author, for a facinating, well illustrated, practical book.

This book has enabled me to get a job in job in Dog Grooming
Judy McGlaughlin Moscow, PA USA

My interest in learning Dog Grooming has been with me most of my life, but being a single mother it was an impossible dream to go away to school to learn it. By my purchasing this book, and studying it, and purchasing an inexpensive clipper, and practicing on my own toy poodle it was enough to give me the confidence to apply for a groomer trainee position at a local kennel/grooming shop. They are putting me on payroll, on a part time basis for now.

Anyway, the purpose of my writing this is to tell you that without this book I know I would never had gotten this far. I can never thank the author enough. This book is EXCELLENT! It covers every topic!

You can...."Make Big Money Grooming Small Dogs"!
I am usually sceptical of books that make big promises, but "How to Make Big Money Grooming Small Dogs" is a winner. I've always wanted to be a groomer, but couldn't afford the cost of a grooming school. Well I'm here to tell you that this book is all you need. Nine months ago I couldn't even hold a clipper, and now I have my own profitable mobil grooming business!

This book is clearly written, beautifully illustrated, and easy to follow. Best of all, the author generously reveals numerous trade secrets and sources of unique equipment to save you time and money. I highly recommend this excellent "how to" guide to current and would-be groomers alike. If you ever thought of going into the dog grooming business, this book is the ticket!

It is a great , imaginative spin off from Star wars
Zak and Tash go to a planet with strong superstition of the dead. They are looking for a spaceship there. With their Uncle Hoole, a shape-shifter, they find out Dr. Evazan's secret. They have many adventures along the way. This was a great book. I can't wait to read the next book in the series. The author did a great of explaining. I highly reccomend this book to any sci-fi fan.

The Nightmare Machine (Star Wars: Galaxy of Fear, Book 4)

Average review score:

A REAL page-turner!
I love Star Wars. When I first got into the whole Galaxy of Fear book series, I wasn't sure whether or not I would like it. I ordered it(book 4), not knowing what it was even about! But when I finally DID get around to reading it(which was about a month ago) I had a hard time putting it down each time, because it was soooooo interesting! And as I put it in as my review title: The Nightmare Machine is a real page-turner!

A Fascinating Ending
The ending of this book was so great that it couldn't get any better. On the last 30 pages, I couldn't stop reading. It even started to scare me. The Galaxy of Fear series is a great series that mixes in suspense with the story. I encourage anyone to read this book. It has a great plot, and is easy to read.

nightmare machine
I think this book was a good book. It was exiting and funny. I give it five stars becaus. It was about two people that go to a place called fun world. There is a ride called the nightmare machine. It scans your brain for your worst fear and shows it to but they find a few bugs in it and your fear comes true! If you liked this book you will like the next book.

Ghost of the Jedi
Published in Library Binding by Bt Bound (October, 1999)
Author: John Whitman
Average review score:

Something you'll read again and again . . .
This book is a treasure to keep forever. On every page, a surprise awaits. However, I only gave it four stars instead of five. When Tash finally enters the "Jedi Library," the ghost roars at her to "GET OUT!". I do not like this line because many books and movies have that very same line. For example in the movie "The Shining," a character uses those very words. In other words, that line was lame. The line should have been in that same tone, I agree, but the actual words were . . . just too simple. Maybe John Whitman should have described the aura in the library a little more. Anyway, other than this part, the story was an excellent, well written piece.

Great plot twist
It was a very exciting book because it was a mystery and there were more than one murderers. I thought the character devolopment was very well done. The story was worked out very well and the plot had the a very interesting twist that occurred at the ending.

HELPPP
I can't belive what happined In this book . Uncle hoole and zak soposledly died from a haunted library that tash found . tash is devestasted . Forceflow is not who he is soposed to be . rent this book today.

The Principia : Mathematical Principles of Natural Philosophy
Published in Paperback by University of California Press (September, 1999)
Authors: Isaac Newton, I. Bernard Cohen, and Anne Whitman
Average review score:

It's Newton's Principia, Stupid!
I am responding to the person who wrote the second review, the student who decided to use this book to study for an exam in basic calculus. What are you, crazy? Why would ANYONE think they could learn "baby calc" from the great book in which Newton elucidated his theory of the universe!? Did you think about asking anyone, first? I'm a college math prof and my guess is that ANY math teacher would have suggested you study from a modern, elementary calc book, instead. (Then you make matters worse by giving the book a bad review!) At any rate, if you would like a good, modern translation of Newton's Principia, this is the place to go. You really should know some calc and basic mechanics, however - remember, this book, was written by one of the greatest minds in the human history, and it was NOT meant to be a textbook for the novice. Please do not let review # 2 steer you away..........

This is a masterpiece of Science, not a textbook!
I've seen bad reviews for master works of science in the past. Mostly they claim these books are either not clear or impossible to understand. Don't buy this book for the purpose of learning Classical Mechanics or Calculus from it, but for the scientific curiosity of learning how the great Isaac Newton presented his revolutionary scientific ideas to the world. Of course, it is difficult to read. This is a translation of a book written in Latin more than 300 years ago!

This book is a jewel. Just like the original works of Einstein, Maxwell, Heisenberg, Schroedinger and all those giants. Many of the ideas presented in the book were written for the first time in history and probably they are not organized in a didactic form. The person buying this book should not expect to find a clear textbook when originally it was not written for the layman, but for the expert scientific community of its time. Buy this book, sit back, scan through it, and enjoy a true piece of history.

A humbling and awe inspiring experience...
This is the third time I have read the PRINCIPIA. Every time I come back with even greater awe and respect for this masterpiece.

Friends, this is a classic work. Reading this book and digesting the material is an experience you will never forget. Just imagine. Three hundred and some years ago Newton came up with the theory of fluxions (Calculus), the theory of light, the theory of gravitation, and much more. Then reading about it in his own words (here translated from the original Latin); is very humbling and awe inspiring.

A word of caution. The writing is turgid in keeping with the times and because it is a translation. Also, if you are not familiar with calculus or basic classical mechanics the material will require an extra effort on your part. This is NOT a easy read. Therefore, take your time reading this book. Maybe even a chapter a week. After the initial inconveniences believe me you will not regret it. You will be inspired and plain surprised that this jewel of knowledge is so affordable to us today.

Skull Full of Spurs
Published in Hardcover by Dark Highway Press (01 May, 2000)
Authors: Richard Laymon, Brian Hodge, Jason Bovberg, Kirk Whitman, Allen G. Douglas, Jack Ketchum, and Yvonne Navarro
Average review score:

Weird Western Tales had nothing on this book.
Inspired by Joe R. Lansdale and DC comics such as Weird Western Tales and Jonah Hex, Dark Highway's Skull Full of Spurs left a big ole smile on this cowpoke's face. Jack Ketchum's story Luck, about a man who continues to get himself killed over and over and the unfortunate fates of his killers was one of the books highlights. Another was Richard Laymon's story The Hangman, a great and surprisingly funny story about a vengeful ghost. The stories about the midget sheriff, a magic bullett which hangs in midair in the middle of main street and Cthulhu mythos in the old west are all also great. Pick this book up.

Twisted, Twisted, Twisted
Skull Full Of Spurs lives up to its name: It is truly a roundup of weird Western tales that will shock you, scare you and entertain you to the uttermost degree. I had a blast reading this book and anyone who's a fan of horror fiction will, too.

The book contains 12 stories, all of them good, none of them bad. But of course, some stand out against the others. Jack Ketchum's "Luck" is a great little campfire tale, Rick Hautala's "The Screaming Head" is about a horrifying folklore legend that comes to life and Yvonne Navarro's "Divine Justice" plays with the idea of heaven and hell in a Western setting.

But there are three great masterpieces of the bizarre in this book. Richard Laymon's "The Hangman" is a classic ghost story mixed with the elements of the Western tale and ends up being a great, satisfying read. Lawrence Walsh's "The Devil's Crapper" is a funny and twisted story that will make you laugh with every word and every sentence. And Adam-Troy Castro's "The Magic Bullet Theory" (the longest story in the book) is an epic tale that is brilliantly written and highly satisfying.

And if that's not enough for you, there are also stories by Edward Lee, M. Christian, Nancy A. Collins and a very twisted, very disturbing story by Robert Devereaux. Skull Full Of Spurs has it all; horror, action, fantasy, humour... It has something to please every reader of the genre. This is one collection you'll want to come back to time and time again. So saddle up part'ner and get ready to be entertained!

A helluva fun read
I just finished Skull Full of Spurs and I thought it was great. My favorite was the story by Edward Lee. It's a real departure for him. The Brian Hodge story is also quite good. I haven't enjoyed a book this much since Razored Saddles. I'd like to see more of these weird western type stories hit the shelves.

Highly recommended.
